Your enquiries arrive through your website and go unanswered after hours. The done-for-you desk is S$2,500 setup plus S$1,500 a year, live in 48 hours. Desk pricing.
Buy a build
Your enquiries arrive by phone or referral, and the pile is back-office work. A fixed build usually pays faster than a bot. If you are not sure, tell us where enquiries arrive and we will say which one fits.
How a build runs

- 50% to start, 50% on ship (Net 14). No build starts before cleared funds.
- Ships in 2 to 4 weeks with a handoff doc. One build at a time.
- 30-day fix window included. After that, new scope gets a new fixed quote.
You keep the final say
Builds draft and check. Humans send, approve, and sign off. That line is the product, not a limit we work around.
- Quotations: drafts come from your price lists; you send every quote.
- Chasers: every send needs your approval first.
- Checks: completeness only; you sign off every pack.
- No legal, financial, or medical advice from any build. Those questions go to humans.
Fair questions
What does a build cost?
Quotation drafting from S$8,000, invoice chasing from S$8,000, document checks from S$12,000. Floor is S$5,000 for a small, clean scope. The fixed quote you get before work is the price.
How long does it take?
Two to four weeks from start. We run one build at a time, so yours is not queued behind five others. Payment is 50% to start and 50% on ship, Net 14.
Will it send quotes or chasers without me?
No. You send every quote and approve every chaser. If a build cannot work that way, we will not scope it.
Are document checks professional advice?
No. Checks confirm a pack is complete against your checklist. They are never legal, financial, or medical sign-off. You sign off, and anything outside completeness goes to a human.
What happens after the 30-day fix window?
Fixes inside the window are included. After it, changes are new scope and get a new fixed quote. There is no retainer and no SLA, stated plainly.
Can you build something outside the menu?
No. The menu is the offer. Open-ended custom work is how fixed prices die. If your job fits none of the three, buy the desk or buy nothing.
Should I buy the desk or a build?
Website enquiries: buy the desk. Phone or referral enquiries with a back-office pile: buy a build. Tell us where enquiries arrive and we will give a straight answer on fit.
